Article VIII - Membership
Section One: Definition
A member of Valley View Baptist Church shall be an individual who
has publicly professed Jesus Christ as Lord through the act of baptism
by immersion in this church or another church of like faith and
practice, and shall exemplify a desire to walk in the grace and mercy of
God, support the doctrines and standards of this church in practice and
teaching, desire to attend corporate worship on a regular basis, and
support the ministry of this church.
