 Article II - Purpose

The purpose of Valley View Baptist Church shall be to first and foremost glorify and corporately praise the Most High God in all things that we do.  It shall be the expressed goal of this church to be a lighthouse in the community in which it exists by seeking to spread the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that others may also praise the glory of the grace of God.  We shall endeavor to make disciples, baptize them, and teach them to obey all things that Jesus commanded, as expressed by Him in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
