Section Three:  Reporting to the Church

The Stewardship Ministry shall prepare a quarterly financial report of all income and expenditures and make the report available to individual members upon request.  The fiscal year of Valley View Baptist Church shall be January through December.  Yearly budgets shall be presented to the church for approval before the 15^th day of December at a special meeting called for that purpose.  Upon a majority vote of the members present at the special meeting, the budget shall be approved.  Any revisions to the budget shall be presented to the church at a special meeting called for that purpose.  Upon a majority vote of the members present at the special meeting, the revised budget shall be approved.
