Section Six:  Church Secretary

The Pastor shall appoint a secretary, who may or may not be paid staff, who shall record minutes of all special called meetings and all Ministry Council meetings of Valley View Baptist Church.  All minutes shall be kept on file in the church office.  The church secretary shall have general oversight of the church office.  Occupying the position of church secretary shall not limit the individual from serving in any other capacity within the church for which he/she is qualified and willing to serve.
